Lace's BB/PB Smoothie

Yeah, I get it. Another smoothie. And who has time or energy to make one? But, trust me. This is worth the five minutes it takes to one-arm the ingredients from your icebox and another five to jam them into your blender until they reach your desired consistency. I could eat this for breakfast or lunch or even for dessert (which I often do).
  • ⅔ Cup Plain/Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Banana
  • ⅔ Frozen Blueberries
  • ½ Cup Nut Butter
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • ½ Cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 Tbs. Honey
  1. Blend that mess--preferably not when your housemates are snoozing.
Makes 3ish servings--or one for you + toddler-man-friend-child. For mommas: this makes a heaping batch that your toddler will slurp without you fretting over the ingredients. Also, if bananas ripen past my liking, I throw them in the freezer for when this precise smoothie comes to mind. (Try for organic produce whenever possible as well.)
